mvirt 0.24.15

Bare-metal hosts arm their hardware watchdog, so a wedged init resets
the machine instead of holding it half-alive. On 2026-09-25 a reboot of
mvirt-1 wedged systemd mid-shutdown for 32 minutes and took the API down
with it.

- nix: RuntimeWatchdogSec=60s and RebootWatchdogSec=5min on bare-metal
  hosts (#364).


## Upgrading

Point your flake's `mvirt` input at this release and redeploy the control-plane
host first, then each node in turn:

```

This release adds no migrations, so the control-plane host rolls back the same way
a node does: boot the previous NixOS generation.
