Deploy an app.
Operate the fleet.

One binary for both. Install it in a second, then ship a container image to a live HTTPS URL.

Apple Silicon and Intel. Installs to ~/.local/bin and adds it to your PATH.

x86-64 and arm64, statically linked (musl) — no glibc version to match. Installs to ~/.local/bin.

irm https://cli.mvirt.io/install.ps1 | iex

Per-user, no admin rights needed. Installs to %LOCALAPPDATA%\mvirt\bin.

Download the MSI installer

Prefer the MSI for a machine-wide install with an entry in Apps & features.

Then

mvirt auth login Sign in through your identity provider, in the browser.
mvirt launch Write an app.toml and deploy it — image to public HTTPS URL.
mvirt logs -f Tail the app. Add --platform to read the fleet's own plane.

Every download is checksummed by the installer. Binaries and .sha256 files for all platforms live in the package registry.
This page and the install script share one URL — the server picks by Accept. If a client gets the wrong one, cli.mvirt.io/installer and cli.mvirt.io/installer.ps1 always return the script.
